3 orders placed at same time .The one was delivered in 3 day standard shipping to Ohio and she loves getting them every year.The other 2 orders both 2day air and took 7 days to get to Texas. With 3 days between packing date per insert.3 days and shipping was both on the same day 1 order sets ageing.The disappointment was 1 item has only 4 days left to use by was not able to gift that box.I'll keep getting my friend her chocolate but spending over 500 dollars to get late shipping and less than expected time to enjoy.I can't support that even though they are a tasty treat

Vosges' customer service is simply amazing!
We drove from another state to see their boutique. I'd previously shopped online but wanted to check out the store. Although there was an unplanned closure on the day we were able to visit, Craig was able to bring us inside to briefly check out the store and chat. Friendly and generous - also, there are truffle samples!
(And it goes without saying that the chocolate itself is great, get the exotic truffles and holiday collections when they're available.)

Stopped in at their elegant HQ store to purchase some chocolates for my parents anniversary. I had tried their chocolates before and I was really impressed in the quality.

The lady who was there was very kind. She was helpful helping me select a few items as well as finding the items I had seen prior online. She also tied up everything with a ribbon and gave me a special card to write a small note. So wonderful service!

The chocolates were a hit! Definitely wanna come back again

I feel lucky to have googled and found this gem in my own backyard. If you are looking for a unique and special gift for the chocolate lover in your life look no further! I sent an assortment of truffles to my daughter in Colorado for her birthday and was thrilled with the product and service. My daughter loved the selection and especially enjoyed the pairing guide and tasting notes! I appreciated a personal email to clarify shipping instructions. I will shop here again.
