The BEST children’s store in East Texas! Whether you’re there in-person, needing help finding something over the phone, or accessing a wishlist or registry online - every single person on staff is helpful. The owner, Jemilynn, is so knowledgeable about brands and sizing, has an incredible inventory, and goes above and beyond to plan and host fun and exciting events all throughout the year. This is my #1 go-to spot for baby gifts and outfits for all our special occasions - they even have my favorite brand of candle that I like to snag for myself. Friends that come from out of town love it, too! We are so fortunate to have this sweet place in Tyler.

Keep in mind when purchasing that their “store policy” is two weeks. Even if your baby shower or event is after that two week mark no returns/exchanges/store credit is allowed. Seems like something that should really be rethought considering that people buy out for events more than two weeks in advance. Super unfortunate.

I have shopped here ever since I moved to Tyler. I've spent A LOT of money there. However, their service seems to be lacking of lately. The store is very crowded so trying to find an item that may be displayed can sometimes be difficult. The thing that really upset me though was the fact that I witnessed a young woman come in, she was put together but did have tattoos. I witnessed her speaking with the owner about a product she had and when she left the owner and one of the staff had a conversation about this young woman that wasn't positive. I decided at that moment to put my things back and not shop there anymore. I have children that have tattoos, even though it's not my personal choice, it was their decision & they are wonderful & God fearing. Jesus loves everyone and I can promise you, he never judged by someones appearance. I left and went to Simply Celebrate where I was greeted warmly & helped with my purchases.

There are no words to explain how PHENOMENAL this boutique is!! Haute Totz in Tyler, Texas is a hidden gem!! Yes, I’m taking the time to write this review because they are just that amazing!!

The team at Haute Totz is comprised of the friendliest, down to earth, knowledgeable and eager to help staff!! They are customer service orientated and take the time to focus on YOU — every time I shop with the ladies I feel like they care and want me to find what I’m looking for!!

The owner, Jemilynn is a one of a kind! I truly mean it!! She is so passionate about her mission, customers, product and beliefs. Jemilynn is dedicated to her store and also to the community! Just from being a customer you can tell she’s the right person to own a children’s boutique; an eye for classic style and a focus on providing excellent customer service!!

Haute Totz ALWAYS has the brands we love and they are fully stocked in the sizes we need! (It makes completing sibling sets BEYOND easy!) The store has such a great assortment of shoes, accessories and the newest popular toy/ gadget the kiddos want too! I could go on and on about Haute Totz!! I’m grateful we found such a wonderful place to shop — Jemilynn and her team far exceed other boutiques we used to shop at!! THANK YOU LADIES!!

Adorable clothes and shoes. Never saw a price on anything and had to ask for help twice. They did not have any Livie & Lucca shoes displayed and when i asked about them, they brought out two pair of winter shoes without knowing the price. No thank you.

I have 9 grands I buy for and it’s a shame someone couldn’t have assisted better. No one even offered an alternate brand. I have many grandmother friends that express the same concerns.

We will go to Dallas to shop for children’s clothes and shoes.

I have always recommended Haute Totz for embroidery but they will be losing that recommendation after this experience. I brought in gifts to get embroidered. Three silk pillow cases. Dropped off Friday 7/30 and was told they would be done by 8/6. I came to pick them up 8/7 and they couldn't find them. Turns out they never did them. I was told they would do them later today and I would need to come back. They close at 5. Not only do I have toddlers that nap until almost 5, but I live across town, and I scheduled a get together with these college kids for this afternoon at my house and will not have their gift because Haute Totz forgot to do them. I asked if they could do them while I run another errand but they said someone was going to lunch for an hour and I would have to wait until they are back. I would think if you messed up and forgot to do it, that would be a priority to fix, especially knowing that not fixing it means these kids not getting their gifts. Very upset. Will not return after this. Will not support or recommend Haute Totz anymore after ruining this.
