Excellent customer service. My son wanted a perm and it didn’t really take. I stopped in and showed them a photo of his still straight hair and the manager had the owner call me back at 6pm on Saturday night. She offered to redo it for free by her that week. Turns out his hair is weird and she had to spend quite a long time before it would curl but she didn’t give up! He ended up very happy with it!

The shop is very spacious and clean. Very welcoming and thorough approach. The hair stylist is skillful and made me feel very comfy with the entire process. She explained each move during the process, the reasons and intentions to do so, and what products she put on my hair . I felt confident throughout the entire time and am satisfied with the end result.
