Wonderful experience! Celine did a fantastic job on the shape of my nails and cleaning up my cuticles! I am obsessed with my nails and will be sending anyone I know to Nature Lounge. From what I could see all of the technicians were super detailed with their work and friendly. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend!

Great atmosphere and quick workers. A friend and I got manicures and we were done within an hour. A bit on the pricey side for gel manicure on natural nails, ended up paying over $80. Will update the review on how they hold up within the next two weeks.

Was a nice experience and a natural setting. No massage chairs or whirlpool spa but seemed busy for nails especially. Made an appointment online with a tech who did not do pedicures but the site allowed me to make that appointment. It was nice not to have to call in the service or walk in and wait. I was glad they had someone who was available at my appointment time. Reasonably priced as well.

My 9 year old and I had gel manicures and pedicures. The salon was beautiful, relaxing and clean. Everyone was kind and courteous. Our nails look so nice, I am very happy with our experience.

I went to the nature lounge and got a manicure and dip removal for $25, which is a pretty great price, in my opinion. Also, the customer service is great and so is the atmosphere. I guess my only problem is that since I got regular nail polish on my nails, they didn't last very long. It also doesn't help that I'm in my wheelchair and have to use my hands to roll, so I probably should have waited 20 minutes for my nails to dry.

Unfortunately very dissatisfied on 8/9. I was not given the experience that I paid for or this salon advertised. I assumed they didn’t offer any beverages as I never saw any but half way through I heard them offer one to another woman just coming in. I was treated as if my money/business did not matter, as my nail tech did not spend the minutes in the description of service. I actually have videos of her talking on FT and scrolling shopping while one handed performing services on me. One of the biggest let downs was the cleanliness. Although there are no jetted tubs the proper cleaning/disinfection is not happening between guest at all, just a quick change of the liner. There was a brown film in the bowl I used after and the bowls next to me, which I also have pictures of. If I would have saw this before starting, I would have said no but they put the liner in and waters running by the time you sit down. I also had non disposable tools used on my feet that were put right back in a community bucket on her cart and not set aside for proper sanitizing between guest. In addition they used the foot grater thing which is like
illegal in so many states due to the risks involved with this tool. Lastly upon checkout I was not asked how my services were, so I proceeded to just not tip, and it did cross my mind that maybe once this was seen she might inquire if there was a problem but still no inquiry, just quick rushed bye. This further solidified that my business was not appreciated nor was I treated like a valued customer. Sad I was looking for my new regular salon and thought I had found it by the website description. I will be moving on.

it was my first time at this nail salon and i had a great experience! it’s always hard to trust someone with your nails but iris did an amazing job! she took her time and made sure the length, shape, and design looked perfect! i gave her the inspo photo and she matched it perfectly! 10/10 experience and i will definitely be back!

So happy I found Nature Lounge after I moved from Georgia. Luke is amazing! He is very careful with my cuticles and makes sure to get my requested designs or colors right. My natural nails have also never been stronger. Thank you Nature Lounge and Luke!
