Had to make an appointment but had a great experience minimal wait times for title transfer. The people were patient and caring. Parking is limited but if you keep going past, there's plenty parking around the corner with a short walk.

Making a appointment online made everything so much quicker. Hours of operation are on the website. The lady's here know what they are doing, They help me register and transfer a vehicle title into my name quickly and efficiently I appreciate all the hospitality and friendliness.

Friendly staff nothing against them at all BUT they have to follow terrible policies - You basically have to do a triathlon backwards with 1 leg to register your car it’s no wonder there are so many tags expired on island. This location is NOT military friendly so go to another if possible or bring multiple documents proving you are active duty. They basically accused me of stolen valor and requested more paperwork in addition to the Form CS-L (MVR) 50.

I tried to donate my car to the city junk vehicle program and followed all the instructions on the State website. Made my appointment with this location and the clerk behind the counter made up a lot rules not on the website and refused to help me since I didn’t have her made up rules filled out on the make believe forms she was inventing on da spot with me. Speaking to a manager was useless because she said they’re not in charge of the website. Save your time and energy and donate to Kidney cars if you’re reading this.

Generally speaking, everyone that works here is fantastic! From the check in lady to the counter people - they are all friendly, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. BUT whatever you do, avoid the little old lady dragon who sits at the desk. If you get her fake illness to avoid going to her counter. She is a B$&@h in the highest order. Relishes in being rude and generally making people suffer as she surely does in her daily life. Let’s break it down, she’s rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, a terrible communicator, partially deaf, nasty, crotchety, and hate filled. She clearly hates her job and helping people. With great irony she wears an Aloha Friday lei on her head on Fridays. Any trace of Aloha left this old ox many many centuries ago.

This person is why State workers get a bad wrap. I feel for the decent souls that must work with her every day. Hopefully she’ll retire soon and find a nice plot of land to lay her sad tired bones down for a long rest. Peace.

The person taking names for folks was not nice. She hesitated even letting me sit at the outside waiting area. I was impressed when one of the window service agents came outside to get me since the 2nd person controlling access was busy.
Friendly staff inside. I'd recommend a window to take express transactions rather than have them stand inside.
