Today was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be back! Everyone was so welcoming. The front desk was so sweet. Emelia cut my hair and she was amazing! She did a great job on my hair, even showing me a few ways to style it. Very happy with my experience.

Kristy is phenomenal!!!!! She always makes me feel comfortable in the chair, checking in with me constantly during longer appointments and making sure I’m happy. The first couple times I came to Haus of Heir for a haircut I had a good experience. A bit pricey, but it made sense for the salon-quality materials. The first time I got my bangs trimmed it was free. After my most recent haircut, I called to schedule an appointment to get my bangs trimmed. I made sure to ask the employee about the pricing, and they told me that it was free. I came in, got my bangs trimmed, and came to the front to check out. To my surprise, the employee told me that the bang trim was $25 without tax, an almost whopping $30 with tax. If I had known the price would be this steep simply for a bang trim, I wouldn’t have come to this salon. I told the employee what I had heard on the phone, and nothing was done. Safe to say I will not be receiving service from this salon anymore.

I've never been to such an amazing hair salon before this one! The environment was incredible, the lady at the front desk was super sweet and hospitable, and Cassie provided excellent service for us! She was very kind and knowledgeable, and offered great communication throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely be returning in the future!!
