DO NOT USE! They were great to work with at first getting me on the schedule super fast. I was quoted $115 for my 35 pounds doodle, average pricing. If the groom was to go over 90 minutes it would be more. When I went to check out that day she charged me $153 - after contacting who I assume is the owner she admitted it was her fault scheduling my one dog for 90 minutes. Pricing and time is very confusing. I asked if we could price adjust/be refunded for the extra amount and she has completely stopped responding to me. After my dog’s grooming I was looking inside her ears to see if they cleaned etc. and you could tell they were messing with her ears. Today she wakes up with extreme ear infections. Overall her groom is not worth the money. Highly recommend finding someone else.

We have been using Haute Pets Mobile Grooming for several years now and are so happy with their service! Our long haired cat, Hermione, does not travel well and it is always a nightmare to take her anywhere. It is so convenient to have the groomer come to you! Luna is wonderful with Hermione. She always does a fantastic job!

My groomer was Sara and she was amazing! She was so caring and gentle with my anxious dogs. Getting an appointment was super convenient, just go to their website and fill out the contact us section & I got a callback AND appointment in 2 days (2 days because of Easter, I probably would've been sooner). My fur babies came back with their cute bandanas and wonderful smelling perfume ? Definitely will be a regular

We usually get groomed at the brick and mortar location in the heights however, today we just didn’t have the time. I requested an appointment via the website and within 10 minutes I received a call to book my dog for grooming. Jamaal arrived at 2pm and was finished before 3! We had a full bath service,nail grind,and a blueberry facial. Jamaal was amazing! My pup is dog aggressive and it was really nice to have the mobile service. Yes, this cost $125 versus the $80 Ish it is onsite but totally worth it... my pup even got a bandana like wow,so cute! Will defiantly be booking Jamaal again! Thank you so much!!!

My 2 dogs have been being groomed by Jennifer for 5 months now. She is absolutely wonderful. When they see the "Pink Van" they get so excited they can barely wait to get inside. One dog has long-hair and is groomed while the dog is short-haired and only need the bathing. They come back looking so cute and smelling so nice!

I would recommend the company provide the ability to schedule online as the phone tag necessary to get an appointment can be tiresome.

Worst experience ever. We have used their services many times before and been happy. This time it was AWFUL. Our Malzy is our baby. He is 8 years old never had fleas. He is a small dog. Never goes outside or comes in contact with other animals. I use the mobile grooming service on purpose. I paid $100 for full service. Everything seemed fine. About a week later I noticed he had flea dirt and fleas. He could only have gotten them from Haute Pets Mobile grooming Service. I called and they told me to text pics and they would call me back. They did not call back. I called back and left several messages that day and the following day. She finally called back and said that there was nothing they could do. I asked to have my service refunded since I had to spend over $100 to have my baby and home treated for the fleas. They said they could only offer a 10 percent discount which would be about $10 bucks on out next visit. Worst customer service ever. I have never complained before. Poor business practice to risk bad reviews and bad publicity and to lose a customer over not accepting responsibility. Will never go back.

The scheduling and customer consideration for Haute Pets is a joke. Will has groomed our cat several times and I have nothing negative to say about him as a groomer, but after 4 rescheduled or canceled appointments from the office I'll take my business elsewhere. If they treat the customer like this, I can't imagine much more consideration for our pets once they're in the van.

DO NOT GET YUR ANIMALS DONE BY THESE COMPANY. The owner is a drunk and very unprofessional. It's not worth the money to have someone that doesn't know what they're doing to groom my dog puddles . The groomer Luna was very sloppy and careless and brought her back with a cut to her ear. When I called to at least get a discount, the owner was highly rude and slurring her words as she spoke to me.The unprofessionalism is pathetic to me. Even her responses to customers is ridiculous. I would never put my furbaby in the hands of this company again.
