I was visiting Saint Michaels for the first time and decided to get my hair done while there! It’s always scary being in a new town looking looking for a hairdresser to perform these types of services! From the moment I walked in looking for an appointment from the owner of the salon Helene to the receptionist I felt like I had been in the salon many many times! Of course last minute there was no openings and the owner decided that she perform my services at the end of the day when she should’ve been closing and going home! I felt an immediate connection to her it’s like I have been going there for years! I had complete confidence after sitting in her chair telling her to cut half my hair off that was halfway down my back with a much shorter style at my shoulders! I left there making a new friend a wonderful hair color and a new style that I absolutely love! Thank you Helene for the excellent service and making me feel like I’ve been coming there for years !

Misty is AMAZING!! I was so nervous given that I asked for a drastic change and it being my first time with a new salon / stylist, but Misty gave me exactly the look I envisioned.

The salon is so clean, bright, and cute. Such a relaxing atmosphere!

I would highly recommend Erika for a manicure. I had a shellac manicure with her, she was extremely thorough in removing my prevoius colour, great attention to detail in applying my new colour. My nails look fabulous, she did a fantastic job. Will definitely be returning

I am from Sarasota and I was in St. Michael's for a wedding. I went to Helene's for a wash dry and style. My hair turned out great. The staff was wonderful, they made me feel welcome and like I had known them for years.

Worst wax of my life. Waxer was late, didn’t wear gloves, left wax on my face, waxed me in a shampoo bowl rather than in a private room with a table and light, and didn’t shape my brows at all. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of one is because they seem like they may have decent hair styling services.

Met with Lola today for the first time and can't believe what a talent she is. Not only that, she really, really, really listened to me and we worked together to find a cut that would work for my hair. I'm so impressed with her and with the new building. I love my new cut and will definitely be back!
