Maui's best High School. Mark Eliot, the Principle, heads an amazing admin staff thats fast, responsive and efficient. Security is caring and local. Maintenance crew performs as a great team with nice landscape and clean restrooms. Best of all are the excellent teaching staff always uping their game and working hard to get students to be academically proficient and socially responsible. The new $ 3million Arts performance auditorium being built will be the envy of the islands.

This school was the equivalent of prison, though I had some fun ditching the incompetent faculty and security guards. This was back in 95' - 99' when it first opened I have no idea what is like now. I haven't gone back since and don't believe I ever will. I did however have a few teachers there that were above average in general and way above the average teacher employed there. I ended up leaving my senior year for many reasons not just the ones listed here.

Drab color scheme, predominately weathered looking buildings, overall not very visually pleasing. Classes offered, however are of reasonable quality for a public high school, so that's a positive. Pricing is perfectly in line, and acceptable.

I am currently a student at king k. I am a sophomore, a less than average student, and I am truent. I do not enjoy school, doing homework, and struggle to complete and turn in things on time. But I get amazing test grades. I love king k, the administration does their part to make sure we get educated as best as we can to the best of their ability. They do their part to teach the information and I do my part and turn in my work. We have a nice campus in my opinion. The new field is cool, and we just got a sick new auditorium. Also we have the best security guards shout out to Aunty Darcy and Uncle Donald, you guys are the best. Their goal isn’t to get you in trouble, it’s to keep you out of it. We have so many amazing smart students at kings and amazing staff. As much as I don’t like school, I wouldn’t wanna go to any other high school that’s forsure. And I’m proud to say that! C/o 2020 bois

This high school is just embarrassing! Students are probably the lowest grade in the Nation, no self or teacher motivation at all. This school, principal, teacher and parents are responsable for a very mediocre generation to come!!!! This kids are great on making just wrong decisions!!!!

The students are disrespectful and have a disdain towards others, there are the rare exceptions but they are far and few in between. The schedules are confusing and the teachers are cold. The entire system of this place feels like a bad prison.
