I'm leaving this review for PA Lauren. She has seen my son 3 times now for his acne. I'm so glad I took him in! His acne is almost all gone and she is just so patient and doesn't make you feel rushed at all. I've seen my fair share of dermatologists in OC and always end up feeling like they're trying to sell me something. But Lauren is different! She cares about my son's outcome. Also, the front office staff is prompt and courteous. I've never had to wait long before being seen. I'm so happy with this office that I called them to get a recommendation for an adult dermatologist for myself. Take your kids here; you'll be happy you did.

Dr. Metz and the office staff are wonderful to work with. It's rare that I come on to write a review, but they really went above and beyond to help me out. I have 2 young babies and made a scheduling error - they went out of their way to get my baby in to see her and I am so thankful.

Exceptional experience with a talented group. The staff is friendly, organized and efficient. They are helpful over the phone and in person and use an online resource for payments and onboarding which was very easy. We saw Maria Ambrosini over 3 visits for an extreme Planters Wart on the bottom of my daughter's foot that other doctors had not be able to treat. Maria was wonderful; she knew how to treat it and also managed our expectations about the process. I would highly recommend this whole team to anyone in need of this type of care.

We had a great experience with Dr. Metz and the team at Ped.Derm of Orange County. The front office staff was incredibly professional, yet sensitive to my daughter who was very nervous for her appt. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. We will definitely be going back and I will recommend them to friends and family.

They were AMAZING!!! My daughter of 2 months had been seen by 4 different doctors because she had blister looking bumps all over her body and head. No one was able to tell me what was wrong until I came here. They took my baby in right away and figured out her problem. They were amazing. I would definently rate them 10 STARS!!!

This pediatric dermatologist place is amazing!!! Highly recommend!!! My son had a bad case of eczema and no other doctor or dermatologist i took him to could tell me what he had or how to cure it.. worked with DR. Alex and she was very kind and explained everything to us. All staff in office welcomed us very well!

This office has exceeded all my expectations every time we have been there. My kiddo had moderate eczema and we were able to get in to see a Nurse Practitioner. She did a very detailed look into all the different products we use regularly and gave us a ton of options and recommendations for a new regime along with some meds to help with breakouts. The experience was very wholistic and the follow up has always been great. The staff are all great interacting with my toddler and I haven’t met anyone in there that isn’t just an absolute pleasure. I recommend this office to all my mom friends and will definitely continue to take my kiddo for his treatment.
