I decided to try the online ordering service since it was my wedding anniversary. I had no want to be in any store, but I needed wine for the fridge.

I had a very specific shopping list. I was consciously looking for wines from black-owned wineries. I'm surprised I was able to find a number of the wineries on my list. Clearly, I'd love a really deep selection, but this is a great start.

I picked a time, waited for the email, and rolled over. Once you select your parking spot, you use the email to alert the store to where you're waiting. My order was 3 boxes, so I figured it would be more than a minute for someone to arrive. The young lady rolled out, checked my identity, and safely helped me load my purchase.

Although I do enjoy shopping this location (folks are courteous and do help you find what you're looking for), I will use this service again to save time.

It's also great to know the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Last detail: tasting hours are Thursday thru Saturday 12 - 8 pm.

This has become one of my favorite liquor stores recently. Although the liquor selection could be a bit bigger, the prices are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was picking out a tequila and not only did they give recommendations, they even let me sample a few of the options in my price range. I like trying new things but I'm always worried I'll end up with something I don't like, so this kind of service is really appreciated. Overall a great experience

Nice variety of Spirits to choose from! I recently started participating in their class events to learn more about Spirits and I was impressed how organised they were. Nice store and it’s convenient to my home. Of yea, if you haven’t yet, the app for collecting points that redeems to dollars is a nice added bonus.

Stopped in and was offered a sample by Marcus. What a pleasure, super informative and friendly. I had no idea Total Wines offered classes. He took the time to explain and introduced me to many more options. Thank you Marcus!!

First time your store. Nice and clean some friendly clerks. But one stood out . one clerk which he went out of his way to find the liquor that we needed . And we not only bought one but 3. The other clerk even offer us a test. And the results were great. Point is we could of just bought one. But, with the taste test and the clerk to walked us to the item and save us time us could of just bought one and left. Thanks.

Absolutely love this store. I am always greeted at the door when I walk in and as soon as I enter an area of interest, I am immediately approached by an associate who is always knowledgeable and helpful in your decision-making as well as locating hard to find items. Some of this year's Christmas gifts for beautiful Veuve Clicquot decorator boxes and special gift items with their logo at Great pricing. It's always worth the drive from wherever you are to visit a total wine. The only negative is that I spend too much when I go there because it's such a beautiful place and I can't resist the amazing products they carry. Kudos to the chain as well as 90% of the staff that I've encountered at any visit over the years.
